Washington NFL Team Response

To review the accusations of 15 women, The N.F.L. team in Washington has appointed the lawyer Wilkinson Walsh .

“It’s disheartening, but I wouldn’t say that I’m surprised at all,” said  Alison Cassidy, A former team cheerleader who attended the Costa Rica trip. “When I was there, management held this power over you, and it was this abusive power dynamic that made you feel 100% replaceable. Even if we wanted to complain about the harassment, there was no one we could tell without feeling like we’d lose our job”

On Friday Daniel Snyder, The team owner, said in a statement “institute new policies and procedures and strengthen our human resources infrastructure to not only avoid these issues in the future but most importantly create a team culture that is respectful and inclusive of all.” After the Wilkinson Walsh investigation is completed. The team will constitute new policy and rules
